Ingredients
- 3 slices Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added 100% Whole Wheat Bread toasted
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Medjool date puree, pitted
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) quick oat flakes
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) raw almonds
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) unsweetened grated coconut
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
- In a food processor, reduce toasted bread slices to fine crumbs.
- Add the other ingredients except for the grated coconut and cocoa. Mix together.
- Using your hands, shape balls with the mixture and coat them with grated coconut and cocoa.
