Ingredients

  • 3 slices Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added 100% Whole Wheat Bread toasted
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Medjool date puree, pitted
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) quick oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) unsweetened grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, reduce toasted bread slices to fine crumbs.
  2. Add the other ingredients except for the grated coconut and cocoa. Mix together.
  3. Using your hands, shape balls with the mixture and coat them with grated coconut and cocoa.
