Ingredients
- 4 slices of Bon Matin™ La mie de l’artisan™ Oatmeal Bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 8 small slices of cantaloupe
- 1 tbsp olive oil mixed with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar and ½ tsp honey
- Handful of arugula
- A few basil leaves
Preparation
- Butter each slice of bread.
- Lay out some arugula and basil on two of the slices.
- Top with cheese, cantaloupe, prosciutto and oil mixture. Close the sandwiches and serve.
