Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bon Matin® No Fat, No Sugar Added White Bread with Whole Grains
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Goat Cheese
  • 1 Pear, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, crushed and caramelized
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Some Frech Thyme Leaves

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread slices in the toaster.
  2. Mix the lemon zest with the goat cheese and spread the mixture on the bread slices.
  3. Add the pear slices and lemon juice.
  4. Top with pecans, thyme, and honey.
