Strawberry, Mango, and Coriander Crostini

These crostini made with our Bon Matin® Multigrain bread are packed with flavour and will certainly add colour to your day.

  • 6 slices of Bon Matin® Multigrain bread
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar reduction


  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut the bread slices in four and grill them in the oven for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Cut the mango and strawberries into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
  4. Finely chop the red onion and coriander and add to the strawberry and mango mixture.
  5. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix well.
  6. Top the bread pieces with the mixture and serve
