Bon Matin® No Sugar, No Fat Added Multigrain Bread
Ingredients
- 6 slices of Bon Matin® No Fat, No Sugar Added Multigrain Bread
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 mango
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cup coriander
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar reduction
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Cut the bread slices in four and grill them in the oven for 10 minutes. Set aside.
- Cut the mango and strawberries into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Finely chop the red onion and coriander and add to the strawberry and mango mixture.
- Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix well.
- Top the bread pieces with the mixture and serve
