Ingredients
- 2 slices Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added Multigrain Bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely diced red onion
- Fresh dill sprigs
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped fresh dill
- Pinch each salt and pepper
Preparation
- Mix together sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Mash together avocado, lemon juice and salt; spread evenly over toast.
- Top each toast with smoked salmon, red onion and dollop of Dill Sour Cream.
- Garnish with dill sprigs.
