MADE WITH Bon Matin® No Sugar, No Fat Added Multigrain Bread


  • 2 slices Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added Multigrain Bread, toasted and cut in 4 squares
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) of beet humus from the store or homemade
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) of sunflower or alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) of light feta cheese crumbled (low in fat)
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) of chia seeds
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Top each square with beet hummus
  2. Decorate your squares by adding feta cheese, sprouts and chia seeds.
