Bon Matin® 14 Grain Bread
Ingredients
- 6 slices Bon Matin™ 14 Grain Bread
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
- 4 tomatoes (2 red and 2 yellow), finely diced *remove seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 clove of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar
Preparation
- Brush bread slices with oil and toast in the oven for 10 min at 425˚F, then cut into quarters and set aside
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the bruschetta
- Serve on the slices of bread
