Prosciutto and Cantaloupe Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Bon Matin™ La mie de l’artisan™ Oatmeal Bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 small slices of cantaloupe
  • 1 tbsp olive oil mixed with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar and ½ tsp honey
  • Handful of arugula
  • A few basil leaves

Preparation

  1. Butter each slice of bread.
  2. Lay out some arugula and basil on two of the slices.
  3. Top with cheese, cantaloupe, prosciutto and oil mixture. Close the sandwiches and serve.
