Bon Matin® La mie de l’artisan™ 12 Grain Bread
Ingredients
- 4 slices Bon Matin™ La mie de l’artisan™ 12 Grain Bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) of milk
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) of butter
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) of chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 4 small bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) of sugar
- Icing sugar, to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, beat eggs and milk. Dip bread slices into mixture until thoroughly soaked.
- In a large pan, melt butter on medium heat. Cook slices for 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove slices from pan and place on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper.
- Cover each slice with chocolate hazelnut spread, top with banana slices and sprinkle with sugar.
- Broil in oven until bananas are slightly caramelized.
- Sprinkle some icing sugar on top and enjoy while hot!
