Ingredients
- 4 slices Bon Matin™ La mie de l’artisan™ Oatmeal Bread
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) of mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup (30 mL) of spinach
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) of mixed spices (basil, tarragon and chives)
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 cups of sprouts
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 sliced avocado
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a food processor or using a hand blender, puree the mayonnaise, spinach and spice mix.
- Spread two bread slices with green mayonnaise.
- Place a slice of cheese on each bread slice.
- Add the sprouts and avocado.
- Cut the cucumber into thin strips with a peeler.
- Roll them up and place them on the avocado.
- Salt and pepper.
- Close the sandwiches with the two remaining bread slices.
