Prosciutto and Cantaloupe Sandwich
Nothing beats the flavours in this prosciutto and cantaloupe sandwich made with Bon Matin™ La mie de l’artisan™ Oatmeal bread.
- 4 slices of Bon Matin™ La mie de l’artisan™ Oatmeal bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 8 small slices cantaloupe
- 1 tbsp olive oil mixed with ½ tsp balsamic vinegar and ½ tsp honey
- Handful of arugula
- A few basil leaves
- 1. Butter each slice of bread.
- 2. Lay out some arugula and basil on two of the slices.
- 3. Top with cheese, cantaloupe, prosciutto, and oil mixture. Close the sandwiches and serve.
