Prosciutto and Cantaloupe Sandwich

Nothing beats the flavours in this prosciutto and cantaloupe sandwich made with Bon Matin™ La mie de l’artisan™ Oatmeal bread.


  • 4 slices of Bon Matin™ La mie de l’artisan™ Oatmeal bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 small slices cantaloupe
  • 1 tbsp olive oil mixed with ½ tsp balsamic vinegar and ½ tsp honey
  • Handful of arugula
  • A few basil leaves


  1. Preparation
  2. 1. Butter each slice of bread.
  3. 2. Lay out some arugula and basil on two of the slices.
  4. 3. Top with cheese, cantaloupe, prosciutto, and oil mixture. Close the sandwiches and serve.
