Peaches and burrata toasts

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Bon Matin White Bread with Whole Grains, no fat no sugar added
  • 1 burrata
  • Salt and pepper
  • Arugula to taste
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 peach, thinly sliced
  • A few fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: honey

Directions

  1. Toast slices of Bon Matin white bread with Whole Grains, no fat no sugar added
  2. Spread burrata on each slice
  3. Place some arugula on the burrata.
  4. Place 2 slices of prosciutto on the arugula.
  5. Arrange slices of peaches on the prosciutto to taste.
  6. Sprinkle with basil.
  7. Add a drizzle of honey to taste. Enjoy.
