Peaches and Burrata Toasts

Here's an original way to cook using peaches for brunch or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added White Bread with Whole Grains
  • 1 burrata
  • Salt and pepper
  • Arugula to taste
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 peach, thinly sliced
  • A few fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Honey

Preparation

  1. Toast slices of 4 slices of Bon Matin™ White Bread
  2. Spread burrata on each slice
  3. Place some arugula on the burrata.
  4. Place 2 slices of prosciutto on the arugula.
  5. Arrange slices of peaches on the prosciutto to taste.
  6. Sprinkle with basil.
  7. Add a drizzle of honey to taste.
  8. Enjoy.
