Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added Seed Lovers Bread
  • Whole grain mustard to taste
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) of dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • 1 handful of microgreens (sunflower, pea shoot and radish)
  • 4 turkey slices, thinly sliced
  • 4-6 Quebec apple slices (Gala, Empire or Honeycrisp)
  • 3 beet slices, cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A handful of microgreens of your choice

Preparation

  1. Spread mustard on one slice of Bon Matin™ Seed Lovers bread.
  2. Place the cranberries on the mustard.
  3. Arrange a handful of microgreens.
  4. Place the turkey, apple and beet slices on the microgreens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add more microgreens and close with the other slice of bread.
