Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bon Matin™ Ancient Grains Bread with Quinoa
  • 1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced radicchio
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled goat cheese
  • 8 fresh figs, sliced
  • 8 slices Black Forest ham
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat panini press to medium.
  2. Layer radicchio, goat cheese, figs and ham over 4 slices of bread; cap with remaining bread.
  3. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted and filling is warm.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving (if using).
