Ingredients
- 8 slices Bon Matin™ Ancient Grains Bread with Quinoa
- 1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced radicchio
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled goat cheese
- 8 fresh figs, sliced
- 8 slices Black Forest ham
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat panini press to medium.
- Layer radicchio, goat cheese, figs and ham over 4 slices of bread; cap with remaining bread.
- Grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted and filling is warm.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving (if using).
