Ingredients
- 3 slices Bon Matin™ La mie de l’artisan™ Oatmeal Bread
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) of cream cheese
- 2 tsp (10 mL) of capers
- 1 1/2 tbsp (22.5 mL) of fresh dill
- 60 to 75 g of smoked salmon
- A few pieces of red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Half of avocado
- A handful of sprouts
Preparation
- Toast your bread slices.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, capers and dill. Do not hesitate to crush the capers.
- Spread the cream cheese mix on two of the toast slices.
- On the first one, spread the smoked salmon and garnish with onion and salt and pepper.
- Place the second buttered sliced on top and add the avocados and sprouts.
- Close the club sandwich with the third slice of toast.
- Cut in 4 pieces and enjoy!
