Bon Matin® Ancient Grains Bread with Quinoa
Ingredients
- 4 slices Bon Matin™ Ancient Grains Bread with Quinoa, toasted
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) pitted Medjool dates
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) raisins
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) peanut butter
Preparation
- In food processor, pulse toasted bread to make coarse crumbs.
- Add dates, oats, raisins and peanut butter; process for about 3 minutes or until mixture comes together in a ball, scraping down side of bowl as necessary.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls.
- Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet; refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
