Ingredients
- 4 slices of Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added White Bread with Whole Grains
- 1 burrata
- Salt and pepper
- Arugula to taste
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 1 peach, thinly sliced
- A few fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Honey
Preparation
- Toast slices of 4 slices of Bon Matin™ White Bread
- Spread burrata on each slice
- Place some arugula on the burrata.
- Place 2 slices of prosciutto on the arugula.
- Arrange slices of peaches on the prosciutto to taste.
- Sprinkle with basil.
- Add a drizzle of honey to taste.
- Enjoy.
