Bon Matin® No Sugar, No Fat Added Seed Lovers Bread
Ingredients
- 2 slices of Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added Seed Lovers Bread
- Whole grain mustard to taste
- 1 tsp (5 mL) of dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1 handful of microgreens (sunflower, pea shoot and radish)
- 4 turkey slices, thinly sliced
- 4-6 Quebec apple slices (Gala, Empire or Honeycrisp)
- 3 beet slices, cooked
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A handful of microgreens of your choice
Preparation
- Spread mustard on one slice of Bon Matin™ Seed Lovers bread.
- Place the cranberries on the mustard.
- Arrange a handful of microgreens.
- Place the turkey, apple and beet slices on the microgreens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add more microgreens and close with the other slice of bread.
