Ingredients
- 2 slices Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added Multigrain Bread, toasted and cut in 4 squares
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) of beet humus from the store or homemade
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) of sunflower or alfalfa sprouts
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) of light feta cheese crumbled (low in fat)
- 2 tsp (10 mL) of chia seeds
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Top each square with beet hummus
- Decorate your squares by adding feta cheese, sprouts and chia seeds.
