We are always changing and improving our products and recommend that you review the ingredients at each purchase for the most current ingredient information. We take allergens very seriously and ensure that we clearly identify ingredients that are listed by Health Canada as priority allergens. The best place to store your bread is on the counter until the best before date or in the freezer for up to two (2) months. Storing bread in the refrigerator could have a negative impact on flavour and texture.

Bread will stay fresh in its packaging at room temperature for several days. It is best to keep it in a cool place during hot and humid weather, since mould can grow quickly in these conditions.
