Turkey and Kale Sandwich with Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp (2 mL) Sriracha
  • 2  Slices 14 Grain Bon Matin Bread
  • 3  Slices turkey
  • 2  Slices tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Crispy fried onions
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) Kale chips

Directions

  1. WHISK together the mayonnaise and sriracha. Spread over each slice of bread. Top one slice of bread with turkey, tomato, salt, pepper, crispy onions, kale chips and the remaining slice of bread.
