Smoked Salmon Avocado Toasts

Bon Matin Multigrain Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added Multigrain Bread, toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely diced red onion
  • Fresh dill sprigs
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sour cream
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped fresh dill
  • Pinch each salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix together sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Mash together avocado, lemon juice and salt; spread evenly over toast.
  3. Top each toast with smoked salmon, red onion and dollop of Dill Sour Cream.
  4. Garnish with dill sprigs.
