Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Bon Matin™ La mie BIO™ Quinoa and Sunflower Seed Bread
  • 120 g smoked salmon
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp dill, chopped
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Shoots, any variety

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon zest, chives and dill.
  2. Spread the lemon cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
  3. Top two slices of bread with cucumbers, red onion, salmon and shoots. Place the other slices of bread on top to form a sandwich.
