Lemon & Herb Hummus Tartine with Cucumber and Radishes
- 2 slices Bon Matin La mie de l'artisanMC 12 Grains bread
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Prepared hummus
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Chopped tarragon
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Minced chives
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Lemon Zest
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon juice
- Pinch Each coarse salt and fresh cracked pepper
- 8 Slices Each, cucumber and radishes
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Micro sprouts
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Extra virgin olive oil
- TOAST or grill bread slices.
- STIR together hummus, tarragon, chives and lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper until well combined.
- DIVIDE hummus mixture over each slice of toast.
- TOP with cucumber and radish slices.
- SPRINKLE with a little more salt, pepper and the micro greens. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
- TIP: Replace the cucumber and radishes with various toppings for a different twist.
