Ingredients
- 2 slices of Bon Matin™ La mie BIO™ Grains and Seeds Bread
- 1 avocado
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Sprigs of chives, chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup shoots of your choice
Preparation
- Mash the avocado and add the garlic, lime juice and chives.
- Spread the mayonnaise and avocado puree on each slice of bread.
- Add the spinach, cucumbers, cheese, and shoots, then close to form a sandwich
