  • 2 slices of Bon Matin™ La mie BIO™ Grains and Seeds Bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Sprigs of chives, chopped
  • 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup shoots of your choice


  1. Mash the avocado and add the garlic, lime juice and chives.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise and avocado puree on each slice of bread.
  3. Add the spinach, cucumbers, cheese, and shoots, then close to form a sandwich
