Chicken and Orchard apple sandwich
- 1 1⁄2 cups (375 mL) Shredded chicken
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Olive oil
- 4 slices Bon MatinMC no fat, no sugar added Multigrain bread
- 2 Slides of Cheddar cheese
- 1 Small red apple, julienne
- 1⁄2 cup (125 mL) Chopped iceberg lettuce
- Mix together chicken, maple syrup and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Divide chicken mixture between 2 slices of bread, followed by a slice of cheese, apple and lettuce. Top with remaining bread to form sandwiches.
