Avocado taco spread with egg and salmon by Alexandra Diaz
- 1 slice of Bon Matin 100% whole wheat bread, no fat no sugar added
- 1 egg, sunny‑side up
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 40 g smoked salmon
- 20 g pink shrimps (optional)
- Sprouts of your choice
- The magic touch: a chipotle‑flavoured tortilla
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp store‑bought taco seasoning
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the sauce generously on the bread.
- In this order, place avocado slices, salmon, shrimps, egg and sprouts on top. Sprinkle a pinch of taco seasoning.
