Avocado taco spread with egg and salmon by Alexandra Diaz

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of Bon Matin 100% whole wheat bread, no fat no sugar added
  • 1 egg, sunny‑side up
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 40 g smoked salmon
  • 20 g pink shrimps (optional)
  • Sprouts of your choice
  • The magic touch: a chipotle‑flavoured tortilla
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp store‑bought taco seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Spread the sauce generously on the bread.
  4. In this order, place avocado slices, salmon, shrimps, egg and sprouts on top. Sprinkle a pinch of taco seasoning.
